TICKETING TERMS OF USE

In order for the purchaser and/or holder (hereinafter referred to as “You” or “Your”) of a valid wristband or ticket (“Ticket”) to enter the event (the “Event”), You must possess a valid Ticket that permits access to the Event and check in at marked locations during specified time periods.

ARTICLE 1: YOUR TICKET

Please be advised, the purchase and/or use of a Ticket to, and/or entry into, the Event shall constitute Your unconditional acceptance to be bound by:

Any and all of the terms and conditions contained within this agreement (this “Agreement”) between You and VENUE 2217 LLC dba MIDLINE Miami (the “Company”) to attend all or part of the Event; and
Company’s privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”), which can be found at https://www.midlinemiami.com/privacy-policy.

For avoidance of doubt, Your presence at the Event will be governed by this Agreement and the Privacy Policy.

For safety reasons, the Company reserves the right, without any prior notice or compensation to You, to: postpone, cancel, interrupt, or stop the Event; provisionally keep visitors on the Event site at the end of the Event; fully or partially vacate the Event site; and deny access to the Event site regardless of the possession of a valid Ticket.

Subject to the limitations of this Agreement, the Company reserves the right to change, modify, or alter any aspect of the Event (including, without limitation, the appearance of any performer or artist and/or the order of performance of any performer or artist) at any time, for any reason whatsoever, without prior notice or compensation to You.

You understand that the artists and/or lineup for the Event may change, and such occurrence shall not entitle You to any claim, including but not limited to a refund. Artist names, acts, or performers listed in any Event promotional material are for informational purposes only, and do not represent the importance or headline status of any single artist, act, or performer.

EXCEPT AS EXPLICITLY OTHERWISE PROVIDED HEREIN, ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. THERE WILL BE NO TICKET REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. THE EVENT IS A RAIN OR SHINE EVENT.

If the Event is cancelled in whole or in part due to a Force Majeure Event (as defined below), You will not be entitled to a refund. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Company may, at its sole discretion, issue a partial or full refund of Your Ticket.

A Force Majeure Event means an act of God, terrorism, earthquake, wildfire, flood, tsunami, strike or labor dispute, order of a court or administrative body, severe weather threatening attendee safety, or any other occurrence beyond the reasonable control of the Company.

In all instances, the maximum remedy You may receive for any cancellation is the face value of Your Ticket, excluding all fees, taxes, and service charges.

By entering the Event, You assume any and all risk and/or danger, known or unknown, foreseeable or unforeseeable, resulting from, or incidental to, the Event, including but not limited to death, personal injury, or loss. Use of Your Ticket is contingent upon Your voluntary assumption of these risks.

You acknowledge that Your Ticket is a revocable license to attend the Event, subject to revocation and denial of admission without compensation for any reason, including violation of these terms, policies, local, state, or federal laws, or conduct that endangers other ticketholders.

ARTICLE 2: TICKET AND PROOF OF AGE REQUIRED

Each attendee must have their own valid Ticket. One (1) Ticket is required per attendee and is valid only on the day(s) and areas indicated on the Ticket.
Tickets are not redeemable for cash. Lost, stolen, destroyed, or damaged Tickets will not be replaced. You accept the risk of loss or theft.
Tickets are personal. Sharing a Ticket may result in denial of entry or ejection.
Purchase Tickets only from Eventbrite or other Company-authorized channels listed at www.midlinemiami.com. Tickets from unauthorized sources (e.g., scalpers) may be invalid.
Installment plan purchases are subject to Eventbrite’s terms.
Questions regarding tickets or payment plans should be directed to Eventbrite customer support.
Tickets must be presented for validation upon entry.

Age Restrictions:

General Admission: 18+
VIP: 18+
The Event is intended for mature audiences only.

Valid Identification (Original Only):

Government-issued passport
U.S. or Canadian driver’s license
Military ID with photo
Government-issued photo ID

Unacceptable IDs:

Expired ID
School ID
IDs issued outside the U.S. or Canada
Birth certificate, Social Security Card, Federal Immigration Card, Voter Registration Card
Copies of IDs

Failure to provide valid ID will result in denied entry without refund.

ARTICLE 3: SECURITY CHECK

Access may be denied to individuals who:

Are under the influence of drugs or alcohol
Have been banned from Company events
Engage in fighting, disruptive, or unlawful behavior
Resist security or search procedures
Promote unauthorized materials on-site
Violate these Terms

All attendees are subject to search. Security may inspect personal belongings, confiscate prohibited items, and may not return them.

ARTICLE 4: PROHIBITED ITEMS

Prohibited items include, but are not limited to:

Glass, weapons, fireworks, paint, illegal substances, drugs/paraphernalia
Large chains, laser pointers, flags/totems with metal/wood
Large umbrellas, stuffed animals, pacifiers
Unsealed medications, vending without permit
Bicycles, scooters, go-carts, ATVs
Pets (except service animals in training with documentation) – questions: contact@midlinemiami.com
Coolers, outside food/drink (1 sealed water bottle allowed)
Multi-pocket backpacks > 24” x 12” (cinch packs OK), luggage, push carts
Tents, camping gear, soap/shampoo, flammable products, aerosol cans
Camera tripods, projectiles, knives, open fires, water guns, chairs
Flyers, stickers, posters, hammocks, grills, generators, gas masks, drones

Confiscated items will not be returned. Illegal activity will result in removal.

ARTICLE 5: CONDUCT AT THE EVENT

Attendees must not:

Access restricted areas without proper credentials
Climb structures or obstruct exits
Wear disguises to avoid recognition
Display offensive imagery or language
Sell goods or services without permission
Smoke in non-smoking areas or urinate in public
Re-enter after ejection
Damage property, litter, resist security, or violate these Terms

Failure to follow staff instructions may result in removal or police intervention.

ARTICLE 6: RE-ENTRY

Exiting attendees must purchase a new Ticket to re-enter.
Ejected attendees are not eligible for refunds and may be denied re-entry.

ARTICLE 7: UNAUTHORIZED SALE OR USE OF TICKET

Forged, tampered, or shared Tickets are grounds for ejection and prosecution.
Tickets may not be resold without Company permission. Unauthorized resale will void the Ticket.
Tickets used as prizes or giveaways without consent become void.

ARTICLE 8: RECORDINGS

You consent to be photographed, filmed, and recorded for promotional, archival, and commercial purposes without compensation.
Camera surveillance is in use to ensure safety.
Personal recordings may not be used commercially without permission.

ARTICLE 9: MERCHANDISE

Official merchandise is sold only on-site. Unauthorized sales may result in removal.

ARTICLE 10: PARKING

The Company is not responsible for vehicle damage or loss, including towed vehicles.

ARTICLE 11: REFUSE

Dispose of trash in designated areas. Bathroom facilities are provided; others are prohibited.

ARTICLE 12: ZERO TOLERANCE DRUG POLICY

Illegal drugs, distribution, or misuse of prescription/OTC drugs is prohibited.
Prescription drugs must be in properly labeled containers.
Violations may result in immediate ejection.

You consent to search by staff upon entry.

ARTICLE 13: ADDITIONAL AMENITIES

ATMs and rental lockers may be available.
Large screens may be provided for open-air stages.

ARTICLE 14: ADA ACCOMMODATIONS

ARTICLE 15: EVENT SAFETY

Floors and grounds may be slippery due to weather or conditions.

ARTICLE 16: MEDICAL CARE

You consent to medical care/transport as deemed appropriate.
Liability for medical treatment is waived except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

ARTICLE 17: INDEMNIFICATION

You indemnify and hold harmless VENUE 2217 LLC dba MIDLINE Miami, related parties, Eventbrite, sponsors, and performing artists from any loss, liability, or damages.
You waive rights to claims for damages, lost profits, or other losses arising from the Event.
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to leave the Event.

ARTICLE 18: MISCELLANEOUS

Claims must be filed in writing within six (6) months; legal action must be commenced within one (1) year.
Governed by Florida law; disputes resolved in courts of Duval County, FL.
Company is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
These terms represent the entire agreement between You and the Company.
Any invalid provisions do not affect the remainder.
